How do I know which tiara to choose?
   There are serveral things to consider before you coose your tiara:
- Your dress style and neckline - do you have accents on your dress that you want your tiara to co-ordinate with. Do you have a lot of detail around the neckline.
-Your hairstyle for the day - will you wear it down, curly, straight or have it up maybe in a chignon, bun or piled high on the top of your head.
-Your personality - will you feel self concious with an extravagant tiara or will you be the belle of the ball and flourish in all the attention, would a simple tiara , comb or hair pins suit your nature better.

How can I be certain I will like my tiara as I can't try before I buy?
   Fairylicious want you to feel completely confident about your purchase and we realise that buying online is sometimes difficult as you can't test out your product as you would in a shop - there are many ways we can help overcome this - samples of wire, crystals and other materials used are available on request, templates can be made of your tiara and posted so you can get a feel of the height and size, and our tiaras are made on comfortable bands which can be adjusted to the shape of your head.


How soon will I receive my order?
   Order times vary throughout the year and you will be advised by email after placing your order of when to expect it. As a guide most orders take 4-6 weeks, and urgent orders can usually be fitted in but must be confirmed by phone or email before you place your order.


What is the returns policy?
   As all items at Fairylicious are made specifically to your order no refunds are offered, if a damaged item is received this will be replaced or repaired! Earring can not be refunded due to hygeine reasons. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.
