   Ideally orders should be placed 4-6 weeks before they are required, however if items are needed sooner please contact us for a quote. Full payment is needed before the items will be dispatched.

Please telephone or email with any specific requests and colours if different.

If you receive a damaged tiara/item we will be pleased to replace or repair it providing you notify us within 24 hours of receipt and the faulty goods are returned within 7 days.
   All items which are specifically made to order for you are non refundable (if items are received damaged or faulty a replacement will be supplied) so please make certain the details you supply are correct and you are happy with your request before ordering.
   Payments can be made by cheque or postal order, cheques must be cleared before any work is started, or by credit or debit card through Paypal.


  • Fairylicious cannot be held responsible for incorrect colour choices. If you are unsure then please contact us for further information.
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • Photographs used on the website are intended as a guide only and as each item is hand made they are subject to slight variation - which makes each item unique and individual!
  • Orders under £30 will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For, costing £3.50.
  • Orders £31-£500 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, costing £6.00. This insures your order during transit up to £500.
  • Fairylicious cannot be held responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed during transit.
  • It is your responsibility to make certain any items returned for replacement or repair are adequately insured in the postal system - any item over £30 should be sent back via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Fairylicious will not take responsibility for returned items lost in the post, this should be resolved by the customer with the courier used. Postage costs will not be refunded.
  • All made to order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Designs

-If you are unhappy with your purchase from us we will refund standard designs which are purchased through our website. 
-Each item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt and with the Fairylicious tag intact-
items with the tag removed or damaged will not be refunded.
-The buyer is responsible for paying for return postage costs and original P&P costs will not be refunded.
-For hygiene reasons, we do not offer a refund for earrings unless they are faulty.
-Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
-Items must be returned using recorded delivery if the value is less than £50.00 or special delivery if the value exceeds £50.00. Fairylicious cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit and the buyer is responsible for claiming through Royal Mail's insurance. This postage cost is not reimbursed.
-Any item sent back after 7 days will be returned to sender as it would then be considered their property.
-Once we receive the goods they will be subject to inspection, pending which we will then refund your paypal account or exchange the items for something else.
-We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.


Items made to order or customised

-We do not offer refunds for bespoke items or those which have been customised in any way, unless they are received damaged in which case a replacement or repair will be made. Please return any damaged packaging.
-If you receive a damaged item please email us within 24hrs of receipt.
-Items for replacement or repair must be returned using recorded delivery if the value is less than £50.00 or special delivery if the value exceeds £50.00. Fairylicious cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed.
-Any item returned after 7 days will be returned to sender as it would then be considered their property.
-Please note that our bespoke items are hand made to order to individual specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
-We do not give refunds due to items being inappropriate, colours unsuitable or dimensions/style of item being unsuitable.
-It is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with colours ordered (samples are available on request) and dimensions of the piece.
-
Orders cancelled before dispatch will be subject to a 50% charge to cover the cost of materials used.

 

Sales Agreement
   All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process hs been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.
